Our overall investment strategy and criteria is to purchase Value-Add apartments in emerging markets in southeast states, such as Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Arizona, Georgia, Colorado, and the Carolinas.
We target the following Asset Types:
Property Type: Garden Style – Pitched Roofs
Asset Class: B
Location Quality: A and B
Property Size: > 60 Units
Hold Period:3-5 years
Refinance and/or sell: 3-5 Years
Investors will receive a 70%/30% split with (6%-8%) Preferred Return or 80%/20% split, or with a combination of both. (Case to Case Basis).

Above Avg. Cap Rates
Above Avg. Job Growth
Above Avg. Population Growth
We ensure our investors receive their projected returns, while preserving their initial capital investment, and give them security in the deal by the way we structure the entity of the partnership’s LLC. All legal documents are provided by our SEC attorney and we remain SEC compliance in all our transactions and projects.
